Stall Booking at China Interdye Exhibition 2020 to be held   from 8th – 10th April 2020 at Shanghai, China

As per our circular dated 13th and 16th Nov 2019 regarding stall booking at the China Interdye 2020 Exhibition to be held from 8th – 10th April 2020, we have given preference in allocation of stalls at the China Interdye Exhibition to the companies who have booked stalls at the 5th CAPINDIA exhibition, details of which are given below.

 

 

The List of stall numbers that are reserved for the companies who have booked stall in 5th CAPINDIA Exhibition and accordingly made payment in CAPINDIA is given below. However, the stalls will be confirmed subject to receipt of payment in the China Interdye Exhibition 2020.

 

 

The List of stall numbers that are reserved for the companies who have booked stall in the CAPINDIA exhibition but their payment is awaited in CAPINDIA as well as China Interdye Exhibition 2020 is given below.

 

 

The members who are interested to book stall in the China Interdye 2020 Exhibition are requested to book stall in the 5th CAPINDIA exhibition on the online link https://capindiaexpo.com/exhibitor/floorplan_hall3# and send their payment by DD/ RTGS/ NEFT latest by 3pm on 20th Nov 2019.

 

The companies who will fail to make payment in the CAPINDIA Exhibition and China Interdye Exhibition 2020 by 3pm on 20th Nov 2019 their stalls will be released in the China Interdye exhibition and will be allotted to other companies.

CAPINDIA EXHIBITION

 

• Charges for Shell scheme – Rs 5000/ sq mt + GST

• Charges for Raw Space – Rs 4500/- sq mt + GST

• 100% by RTGS / NEFT / DD / Cheque for CAPINDIA Exhibition.

• Demand Draft / at par cheque should be in favour of “The Plastics Export Promotion Council SBI A/C No 35285488071”.

SHELL SCHEME AMENITIES:

Space, Side Walls, carpeted floor, fascia board with company name, one reception desk with one chair, one electrical socket, two spot lights per stand, Round table with two chairs, dustbin.
Council will provide electricity only for the shell scheme.
Shell Scheme is available for 9 & 12 sq mt stalls only. Raw Space is available for 18 sq mt and above.

 

RAW SPACE:

Raw space holders have to directly book the electricity with the organizers in China.
Members taking raw space are requested to compulsorily incorporate the logos of ‘CHEMEXCIL’ and ‘Flag of India’ at a prominent position in their stall design and send the same directly to the organisers with a copy to amrita.regulatory@chemexcil.gov.in  . Also, you are requested to take necessary permissions of your stall design from the organizer as per the conditions mentioned in the Exhibitors manual.

 

 

REIMBURSEMENT OF STALL CHARGES AND AIRFARE SUBJECT OF RECEIPT OF MAI GRANT FROM THE MINISTRY

 

Members who fulfill the below mentioned eligibility conditions shall be eligible to get subsidized stall rates and reimbursement of airfare subject to submission of the outcome report after completion of the event, finalization of accounts and receipt of funds from the Govt of India. Only first 50 eligible members will get the subsidized stall charges for an area of 9 sq mt each, even-though bigger stall size is taken. The amount of subsidy will be informed and will be reimbursed on equal basis only after finalization of accounts and receipt of funds from the Government.

 

ELIGIBILITY FOR SUBSIDISED STALL RATES / REIMBURSEMENT OF AIRFARE:

As per the Revised MAI guidelines of the Ministry of Commerce, subsidised stall charges/ Reimbursement of airfare will be provided as per below mentioned eligibility conditions.

 

Subsidised Stall Charges :-

• Participation in China Interdye Exhibition under the India Pavilion should not be more than 3 times. If the company is participating for the fourth time they will have to pay the full cost of stall.

• The participating company should be a Member of the Council.

• The participating company should submit export returns to the Council regularly.

• The company claiming reimbursement from the Govt shall not be under investigation / charged / prosecuted/ debarred/ black listed under the Foreign Trade Policy of India or any other law relating to export and import businesses. "

• MAI subsidy will NOT be given to the companies whose export turnover is NIL in the immediate preceding year.

 

Reimbursement of Airfare:-

• The participating company should be a Member of CHEMEXCIL at least for a period of 12 Months

• Export turnover of the participating company in the immediate preceding year should not be more than Rs 30 Crores.

• Participation in China Interdye Exhibition under the India Pavilion should not be more than 3 times.

• The participating company should submit export returns to the Council regularly.

• As per the MAI guidelines only Director/Partner/Proprietor of the company are eligible to get the airfare reimbursement. Only Indian Nationals will be considered.

• The company claiming reimbursement from the Govt shall not be under investigation / charged / prosecuted/ debarred/ black listed under the Foreign Trade Policy of India or any other law relating to export and import businesses.

• The participating company should register the tour 14 days in advance from the date of departure by submitting application (attached herewith) where date of receipt of application by the Council and date of departure is not considered for counting 14 days.

• MAI subsidy will NOT be given to the companies whose export turnover is NIL in the immediate preceding year.

 

Imp points to be noted:-

1. As per the directive of the Ministry of Commerce & Industries, it is mandatory to submit outcome report of the business generated after visiting the above exhibition failing which MAI assistance in the next year edition may be refused and the participation in the next year edition may not be granted.

2. Stall cancellation will be as per Council’s Cancellation Policy.
