To seek an input on SPS and TBT barriers faced by chemical exporters in

USA, EU and UK: regarding

 

Dear Members

As you are aware, the Department of Commerce is actively negotiating with United States of America (USA), the European Union (EU), and the United Kingdom (UK).

The aim of these to strengthen trade relations, enhance market access, and address challenges faced by the Chemical Exporters. 

In order to negotiate effectively we request you to share the inputs on following pointers w.r.t. above countries (USA, EU and UK).

  • SPS Barriers

  • TBT Barriers

  • Impact on your export product

  • Suggestions for Resolution
