Update on Packaging/ Palletization requirements in Chittagong Port, Bangladesh

Dear Members,
This is regarding updates on certain Packaging/ Palletization requirements in Chittagong/ Chattogram Port, Bangladesh w.e.f 1st Jan 2023.
One of our member-exporter has shared the enclosed advisory issued by their logistics provider based on a circular by Chittagong Port Authority (CPA) regarding certain Packaging/ Palletization requirements of FCL as well as LCL cargos which is supposed to be applicable w.e.f 1st Jan 2023.
Members exporting to Bangladesh (specially via Chittagong/ Chattogram) port are advised to take note and may also re-confirm with their Bangladesh buyers so that they don’t face any issues later on.
