Notice from the National Authority Chemical Weapons Convention (NACWC), Cabinet Secretariat, New Delhi

Dear Members
We wish to inform you about the notice issued by National Authority Chemical Weapons Convention (NACWC), Cabinet Secretariat, New Delhi
Copy of the notice and letter is enclosed for your information and action purpose.
Under the Chemical Weapons Convention Act, 2000, all chemical facilities handling Schedule 2 (https://nacwc.gov.in/content.php?page=563) and Schedule 3 (https://chemicals.gov.in/schedules-chemicals ) chemicals must submit their Annual Declaration on Anticipated Activities (ADAA) for 2026.
· The Submission deadline is 30th September 2025.

The details need to be submitted online on https://cwc.nacwc.nic.in (Which is open from 1st Sept 2025, 11:00 hrs to 30th Sept 2025, 11:00 hrs).

Filing must be complete, accurate, and within the deadline.

Non-compliance constitutes a criminal offence under the Act.
