Dear Members,

 

This  is further to our earlier circulars seeking data for fixation of RoDTEP rates.   In this regard, whatever data was received  by council from members,  is  already submitted to Drawback Division, DOR for consideration.

 

As you are also aware, RoDTEP scheme as such is being  implemented  from 1^st  January 2021,  but rates are still awaited/ being worked out by RoDTEP Committee.

 

We have now received request from OSD, Drawback Dept to  provide  RoDTEP data of  some basic chemicals  which are not derived from Petroleum. 

 

Committee is asking for  RoDTEP data  of  basic chemicals even if they are not exported substantially, as they are used as Inputs in the manufacture of other chemicals.

 

Relevant members are requested to take note and please provide data  in specified format (R1,R2, R3) duly attested by 18^th  Jan 2021  on e-mail id’s:  deepak.gupta@chemexcil.gov.in, pwdd@chemexcil.gov.in  &    rodelhi@chemexcil.gov.in .

 

Your early replies will enable  us submit data to Drawback Division within given timelines,  for further deliberations.
