URGENT: REQUEST FOR INPUTS ON OUTSTANDING ISSUES RELATED TO TRADE WITH CHINA

Dear Member,
Greetings from CHEMEXCIL!
It is informed that a High-Level Delegation from India is scheduled to visit China next week.
In this regard, CHEMEXCIL members are requested to provide details of all outstanding issues concerning trade and market access with China for consideration during the proposed visit.
Members are, therefore, requested to urgently share details of any pending/outstanding trade-related issues, market access concerns, non-tariff barriers, regulatory issues, customs-related matters, product-specific restrictions, or any other difficulties being faced in exporting to China.
Members are requested to provide specific and actionable inputs, preferably with the following details:
· Product/HS Code affected;
· Nature of the issue/barrier;
· Chinese authority/regulation involved, wherever known;
· Details of the difficulty being faced by Indian exporters;
· Impact on exports/business;
· Any specific instance or company-level case, wherever applicable; and
· Suggested resolution/intervention required from the Government of India.
The inputs are required on an URGENT basis and must reach CHEMEXCIL latest by 31st August 2026 (Monday), without fail, to enable timely consolidation and submission to the concerned Division.
Members are requested to treat this matter as MOST URGENT and submit their inputs at the earliest.
