List of  JNCH (Nhava Sheva)  Shipping Bills Pending for IGST  Refund due

 

to  Invoice Number mismatch-Error Code SB005

 

 

 

Dear Members,

 

This is in continuation of our recent circulars having details of alternative mechanism for IGST refund on export in Invoice mis-match Cases-SB005 which was advised as per CBEC circular no. 05/2018 dated 23.02.2018.

 

In this regard, JNCH(Nhava Sheva)  has uploaded  a  list of  IECs and the shipping bills where invoice mis-match exists. 

 

The exhaustive list  (2175 pages and 97,865 shipping bills cases)  is   available for download from JNCH portal using below link-

Concerned members are requested to go through the list and check.   In case you have such mismatch cases of  SB005,   please  follow the procedure as mentioned in our recent circulars based on   JNCH PN no. 29/2018 dated 26.02.2018  and  CBEC circular  No. 05/2018-Customs dated 23/02/2018 (link provided below)-
