Extension of validity of FTP and HBP 2015-20 up-to 30.09.2022

Dear Members,
This is regarding Foreign Trade Policy (FTP)/ HBP 2015-20 which are valid till 31st March 2022.
In view of the same, O/o Directorate General of Foreign Trade has issued Notification No. 64/2015-2020 dated 31st March 2022 regarding extension of validity of Foreign Trade Policy (FTP 2015-20) up-to 30th September 2022.
Similarly, O/o Directorate General of Foreign Trade has issued Public Notice no. 53/2015-2020 regarding extension of validity of existing Handbook Book of Procedures (HBP 2015-20) up-to 30th September 2022.
Members are requested to take note of these extensions by 6 months and do the needful accordingly.
