RODTEP : Request to submit the data in the format for review of RODTEP Rates for

 

Chemical Industry: Regarding
 

 

Dear Sirs,

 

This has reference to our circular no. EPC:LIC:RODTEP:REV.:FORM:2023-24 dated 27th September 2023 on RODTEP data format. We had submitted the suggestions received from the members to RODTEP committee and the same were considered for incorporation accordingly a revised format is created by the department.

 

Now, CHEMEXCIL is in receipt of communication from the department requesting to submit the individual company data to the RODTEP committee on or before 30th November 2023.

 

CHEMEXCIL members are requested to send the RODTEP data strictly as per following instructions

 

  1. The data should be provided as per the excel sheet which is enclosed with this communication

 

  1. The attached excel sheet contain 2-Formats: 1) Company-wise 2) Product-wise member companies have to fill both these formats

  1. This data provided by company should be certified by the manufacturer and its Chartered Accountant!  Cost Accountant.

 

  1. The data should be supported by copies of representative documents,   such as  tax  invoices  of  inputs  used,  shipping   bills  of export  product,  State  Govt. notifications  regarding  taxes/levies  like electricity  duty, mandi tax etc.

 

In addition to above,  your views/suggestions,   if any, for rationalization of entries in the RoDTEP Schedule,  including  for those tariff items where  specific  data has not been provided  earlier, may also be sent along with justification.

 

The RODTEP committee will carefully consider and incorporate the appropriate suggestions received from the industry.

 

Members are requested to send above information on pw@chemexcil.in  with a copy to dg@chemexcil.in  no later than November 29th 2023.
