We are pleased to inform you that the Council is planning to participate in “CHINACOAT 2014” to be held at China Import and export Fair Complex(Canton Fair Complex), 380, Yuejang Middle Road, Guangzhou, P.R.China from December 3 -5, 2014.
ABOUT CHINACOAT EXHIBITION
CHINACOAT is a must-exhibit SUPER coatings show organized since 1996 and alternates annually between the venues in Guangzhou and Shanghai, P. R. China. Recognized as an effective and important trade platform for the global coatings industry, our 2013 Shanghai show achieved a record attendance of 25,736 trade visitors and 1,019 exhibitors. In 2014, CHINACOAT will be held in Guangzhou again.

Admissibility of Marketing Development Assistance (MDA)

Please note that since China Comes under General Areas, the participants are eligible to get only MDA towards Stall charges of the Exhibition to the tune of Rs.1,50,000/- and no reimbursement of Airfare.

The Firm should be a Member of the Council at least for a period of 12 Months
-
Export performance of the firm in immediate preceding year should not be more than 30 Crores. Even if there are no exports, the participants are eligible for MDA
-
The firm should submit their export returns regulary to the Council
-
The firm should also register their tour 14 days in advance from the date of departure by submitting their MDA application form is attaché herewith for your doing the needful.
Payment of booking of stall through RTGS
Member of Chemexcil can book their stalls online as per their choice by making the payment through RTGS. After making payment, you are requested to submit the scan copy of the Transaction Report of RTGS on E.mail: robengaluru@chemexcil.gov.in,chemexcilblr@rediffmail.com. After the receipt of scan copy of RTGS payment council will confirm booking of your stall on your mail.

Member exporters who are not able to send their payment through RTGS they can book their stall by making payment through only Demand Draft. The member exporters who prefer to make the payment by Demand Draft instead of RTGS, they are requested to send the DD of the requisite amount in the name of “CHEMEXCIL” payable at MUMBAI, along with their choice of stall numbers and the company profile in the given format to CHEMEXCIL Regional Office, Bangalore on E.Mail: robengaluru@chemexcil.gov.in, chemexcilblr@rediffmail.com Accordingly, on receipt of the said DD, Council’s officer will book their stall as per their choice online depending upon the availability of the stalls
