Sub: Imp- Suggestions/comments on Draft National Chemical Policy-2014 for Inter-Ministerial consultations

Dear Sir/ Madam,

This is regarding Suggestions/comments on Draft National Chemical Policy-2014 for Inter-Ministerial consultations. 

As you are aware, the Council had earlier submitted suggestions for Draft National Chemical Policy  in April 2014.    Subsequently, the Council has received below communication from SO(EP-CAP), MOC, seeking our further comments / suggestions, if any,  on the Draft National Chemical Policy (Copy enclosed).

The Council has  updated/ revised the earlier suggestions and the document file which is proposed to be sent  the Ministry is attached herewith for your perusal/ inputs.

Members are requested to kindly revert with suggestions/ comments, if any,  latest by 6th January, 2015  on  e-mail  ids- sgbharadi@chemexcil.gov.in,  deepak.gupta@chemexcil.gov.in , adreach@chemexcil.gov.in   & balani.lic@chemexcil.gov.in .

Your early comments/ suggestions will enable us examine the same, update the existing suggestions document  and subsequently forward to the MOC.
