Public Notice: Special Drive for Expeditious Resolution of IGST Refund Issues:   OFFICE OF THE COMMISSIONER OF CUSTOMS (EXPORT)

 

Dear Members,

 

Office of the Commissioner of Customs (Export), Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Andheri (E), Mumbai – 400099 has issued a Public Notice no. 17/2024 dated 29th March 2024 on Special Drive for Expeditious Resolution of IGST Refund Issues

 

This office has received grievances from exporters regarding non-receipt or delayed receipt of Integrated Goods and Services Tax (IGST) refunds. These delays are often caused by errors or mismatches in applications, including errors related to the Public Financial Management System (PFMS).

 

To address these concerns of exporters and expedite IGST refund processing, they have launched a special drive from 1st April 2024, to 15th April 2024.

 

During this period, all IGST refund-related issues will be resolved under the direct supervision of senior officers.
