Request to provide inputs on GST related Issues and Suggestions

 

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are in receipt of communication from Department informing that they are in the process collating and examining issues related to GST matters for submission to the Ministry of Finance and GST Council.

In view of above we request you to share the issues faced under GST regime and recommendations thereto.

The issues related to GST to be shared with respect to following pointer :

  • Policy matters,

  • Procedures,

  • Challenges in respect of audits (if any),

  • issues related to Goods and Service Tax Network,

  • Compliance issues,

  • Rates, etc.

Please send the same at pw@chemexcil.in with copy to dg@chemexcil.in on or before 19th July 2024.
