We are in receipt of draft Gazette Notification issued by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change on Environment clearance .

Attached herewith is draft Gazette Notification no. CG-DL-E-23072024-255656 dated 19th July 2024. We went through this notification and would like to share following points stated in the document.

The said notification will be taken into consideration by the Central Government on or after the expiry of sixty days from the date on which the draft notification is published in the Gazette of India; Any person interested in make any objection or suggestion on the proposals contained in the draft notification may do so in writing through post to the Secretary, Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Indira Paryavaran Bhawan, Jor Bagh Road, Aliganj, New Delhi-110003 or electronically at email address: mishra.vp@gov.in  or prasoon.tripathi76@gov.in

The draft notification is notifying below Guidelines relating to Consent fee and Grant, Refusal or Cancellation of Consent to Establish & Consent to Operate.

 

The notification also includes annexures with model templates for common consent and authorization, endorsement for White Category industries, and an appendix detailing the uniform consent fee mechanism, including capital investment slabs, industry categorization, consent fee estimation, and specific fees for various activities.
