Re-Launching of online Video Conference Facility for trade facilitation of CHEMEXCIL members from 1st Oct 2024

 

Dear Members,

As you might be aware, as per trade notice no 35/2021-2022 dated 24th February 2022 of DGFT it was mandatory for exporters and EPC’s to file and issue RCMC through DGFT common platform from 1st April 2022.  This  change was conveyed to the members regularly through our circulars.

Accordingly, exporters are filing for Registration Cum Membership Certificate (RCMC) applications (for new RCMC/renewal/amendment) through common digital portal of E-RCMC Platform.

Hence, to encourage effective facilitation of E-RCMC platform and to minimise person-to-person interactions,  a Video Conference facility was setup by Chemexcil Authorities in the year 2022.

The Council is once again re-launching this online Video Conferencing facility for its members from 1st October 2024 in order to resolve their queries / issues related to various services offered by CHEMEXCIL and facilitate trade.

This Link will be operational between 03:00 PM to 04:00 PM everyday as per below schedule for CHEMEXCIL members as per below regions .

 

Day Region wise Members Monday Delhi Tuesday Ahmedabad Wednesday Kolkata Thursday Bengaluru Friday Mumbai

During the VC meeting above regionwise member - exporters can join the session and raise  queries related to RCMC, Exim & trade policy matters, Non-preferential COO, Regulatory issues, Trade shows etc to Team Chemexcil.
