Dear Members,
The Council has successfully conducted three sessions in its Webinar Series on key Trade & Compliance topics: FEMA Regulatory Guidelines for Exporters on 3rd January, RoDTEP Claim Procedures and Online Process on 10th January, and Free Trade Agreements, Product Specific Rules, and CAROTAR 2020 Rules on 17th January in association with Mr. Mihir Ajit Shah, M/s. Universal Connections LLP.
The final session in this series will take place on 24th January 2025, focusing on Terms of Delivery (Incoterms® Rules 2020).
The session will offer a comprehensive introduction to Terms of Delivery, provide an in-depth analysis of Incoterms® Rules 2020, outline the costs, obligations, and risks associated with each rule, and present a comparative evaluation of the various Incoterms® rules.
