Inputs for India-Singapore Joint Working Group on Trade and Investment for preparation of the agenda of the meeting.: Regarding

 

Dear Members

CHEMEXCIL is in receipt of communication from FT(ASEAN) Division, Department of Commerce above subject.

This is regarding the meeting of the India-Singapore Joint Working Group on Trade and Investment scheduled in the upcoming month at the Commerce Secretary level to discuss the bilateral trade opportunities, cooperation areas, challenges (tariff & non-tariff barriers) along with the way forward.

In view of above we request members to share the inputs with regards to following pointers for onward communication

  • Tariff Barriers

  • Non-Tariff Barriers

  • Custom issue in Singapore

  • Regulatory issues

  • Logistics and infrastructure and

  • Any other challenges faced by Indian chemical exporters in entering the Singapore market.

 

Members are requested to send their inputs on pw@chemexcil.in with copy to dg@chemexcil.in on or before 5th February 2025.
