To seek inputs on trade related issues while exporting or importing the
Chemicals from USA: Regarding

Dear Sir/Madam
We are in receipt of communication from Department on above subject.
As you are aware that Indian government is planning to negotiate products tariff and regulatory requirement USA on reciprocal basis.
In view of above we request you to share the following information for onward communication

Issues faced by exporters while trade with USA

Any tariff barriers w.r.t specific products if yes please clarify the tariffs an HS codes
-
Non-Tariff Barriers (Regulatory) if any
-
Ay Import duty/tariffs levied on commodities from chemical sector that we import or export in India from USA
-
Any other trade related issues
