RENEWAL OF CHEMEXCIL RCMC for the year 2025-26
|
Dear Sir/Madam,
We hope you have experienced the advantages of your CHEMEXCIL membership throughout the year.
As we approach to the end of the financial year April 2024 to March 2025, we encourage you to renew your CHEMEXCIL membership and continue to be part of us.
The CHEMEXCIL membership renewal period falls between 1st April to 30th April of each financial year. Renewing your CHEMEXCIL membership on or before the specified date is important for following reasons:

Maintain your eligibility for various benefits offered by CHEMEXCIL.

Ensure uninterrupted access to CHEMEXCIL services, including participation in exhibitions, trade shows, and other promotional activities.

Retain voting rights within the council.

Avoid any interruption of RCMC (Registration Cum Membership Certificate) validity.

Govt. benefits like RoDTEP, EPCG and more

Renewal Fees: Membership renewal fees of financial year 2025-26 & Advance Fee for 3-Year will be based on C.A. certified export turnover of 2023-24.
Companies needs to upload the CA certified copy (on C.A. letterhead) on while applying online on DGFT portal.

Process of Renewal: To be renewed online through DGFT common digital RCMC portal on the link https://www.dgft.gov.in/CP
Mode of Payment :- Online on DGFT portal through payment gateway by using Net Banking/ Credit Cared/ Debit Card / UPI provided in the portal.

IMPORTANT NOTE
-
Start-ups and New entrance MSME’s having export turnover Zero shall be charged Rs.1000/- in addition to ‘One Time’ Entrance Fee of Rs. 500/- with applicable GST. However, for the sake of clarity, from next year onwards at the time of renewal of membership, the Membership will be charged as per their Export Turnover of the company (as per above table).

It is mandatory for every member to submit the CA certified export turnover of last 3-Financial Years of the company.

For any Amendment in RCMC certificate, an amount of Rs.1180/- (Rs.1000/- + Rs.180/- GST) will be charged as administrative fees from the entity.

MEMBERSHIP OUTSTANDING: - The Member Exporters who have not yet paid their Membership Subscription from 1 year, 2 year and 3- years required CA certify copy for F. Y. 2023-24 & F.Y. 2022-23, & F.Y. 2021-22).

VALIDITY OF MEMBERSHIP: -Membership subscription is charged once in a year and its validity expires on 31st March of every year.

Cancellation of membership: In case of any reasons of cancellation of membership by member membership fees will not be refunded.
