Submission of CA certified Export Turnover Data and Membership Fees for Eligibility in Committee of Administration (COA) Election Process

Dear Members,
This is to inform you that the Council shall be conducting elections for the vacant posts of the Committee of Administration (COA), followed by the election for the Vice-Chairman, in accordance with the bye-laws of CHEMEXCIL.
As per the prescribed election guidelines, only those members who have submitted their export turnover data and remitted the applicable membership fees on or before June 30, 2025, shall be deemed eligible to contest the election and/or exercise their voting rights.
In this regard, we earnestly request you to complete the following on or before June 30, 2025
1. Submit CA certified export turnover details (Rs. in lakhs) for the financial years 2021–22, 2022–23 and 2023–24.
2. Payment of the membership fee for the financial year 2025–26 through www.dgft.gov.in
Please note that this will be the final opportunity to comply with the aforementioned requirements to establish eligibility for participation in the COA election process.
Members who have already submitted the requisite CA certified export turnover data and have duly paid the membership fees for 2025-26 may kindly treat this communication as a formal intimation only.
