Dear Members

This is to inform you that the Council shall be conducting elections for the vacant posts of the Committee of Administration (COA), followed by the election for the post of Vice-Chairman, in accordance with the Bye-laws of CHEMEXCIL.

To participate in the online electronic voting process, it is mandatory that the email ID and mobile number of the authorized representative are valid and updated in the Council’s records.

In view of the above, all members are requested to kindly update the following details of their authorized representative latest by 14^th July 2025 on www.chemexcil.co.in (KYC Updation) at the earliest:

1. Email ID of the authorized representative.
2. Gender of the authorized representative.
3. Mobile number of the authorized representative for communications related to voting.
4. Date of Birth (as per Aadhaar) of the authorized representative.
5. Self-attested copy of Aadhaar Card of the authorized representative to be uploaded.

Please note:

1.       The term Authorized Representative refers to the Director / Partner / Proprietor / Karta, as applicable, of the Company/Firm.

2.       The updation of records only through the above link will be considered valid. Any other source will not be considered valid for record updation.
