Dear Member,

This is to inform all members that o/O the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has issued Notification No. 35/2025 dated 30th September 2025 regarding the extension of the Remission of Duties and Taxes on Exported Products (RoDTEP) Scheme.

As per the same the validity of the RoDTEP Scheme has been extended beyond 30.09.2025 and will remain applicable for exports made by Domestic Tariff Area (DTA) units, Advance Authorisation (AA) holders, Special Economic Zone (SEZ) units, and Export Oriented Units (EOUs) up to 31.03.2026 (31st March 2026). The existing RoDTEP rates shall continue for all export items. Moreover, the scheme’s operation will remain subject to the budgetary framework outlined in Para 4.54 of FTP 2023, ensuring remissions are within the approved allocation for the financial year.

The lists of eligible export items, applicable rates, and per-unit value caps (where applicable) are available on the DGFT website (Appendix 4R for DTA units and Appendix 4RE for AA/SEZ/EOU units) under the Regulations RoDTEP section.
