This is to inform that the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), Ministry of Commerce & Industry, has issued the following Trade Notices dated 20.02.2026 under the Export Promotion Mission (EPM) – NIRYAT DISHA:

Trade Notice No.26/2025-26- Launch of Trade Regulations, Accreditation and Compliance Enablement (TRACE)

Trade Notice 27/2025-26- Launch of support for Integrated Support for Trade Intelligence & Facilitation (INSIGHT)

Trade Notice No. 28/2025-26 – Launch of Facilitating Logistics, Overseas Warehousing & Fulfilment (FLOW)

Trade Notice No. 29/2025-26 – Launch of Logistics Interventions for Freight & Transport (LIFT)
The above initiatives aim to support MSMEs and exporters by addressing logistics constraints, freight disadvantages, overseas warehousing access, fulfilment support, and related trade facilitation mechanisms.
As per the respective Trade Notices, the guidelines are being operationalised on a pilot basis and have been placed for stakeholder feedback in accordance with Para 1.07A of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2023.
Members may kindly forward their inputs directly to DGFT at epm-dgft@gov.in within 30 days from the date of issuance of the Trade Notices (i.e., on or before 23rd March, 2026), with a copy marked to dg@chemexcil.in and shalini@chemexcil.in for our records and further follow-up, if required. Your timely feedback will help ensure that sector-specific concerns of the chemical exporters are appropriately represented.
This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
