Dear Sir/Madam,

We hope you have experienced the advantages of your CHEMEXCIL membership throughout the year.

As we are in the first quarter of the financial year, we would like to bring to your kind notice that the CHEMEXCIL elections for the year 2026-28 are due as per Bye-laws of the Council.

To avail the rights for contesting the elections as well as voting in the election process, you are requested to kindly update the below data on or before 30^th June, 2026.

1.       Renew RCMC for the year 2026-27 (on DGFT portal).

2.       Renew Council’s Membership for the year 2026-27 as well as outstanding membership fees if any.

3.       Update C.A. Certified Export Turnover (in INR) for the year 2024-25, 2023-24 & 2022-23.

4.       Update the list of Directors/Partners with DIN (on company letterhead).

5.       Update the mobile number and e-mail of the Director who shall represent the company in election process (on company letterhead).

6.       Update IEM copy or Udyam Certificate (MSME) (Only for Manufacturers)

7.       Copy of updated Export Trade House/ Star Trade House Certificate.

The above documents except renewed RCMC should be uploaded on www.chemexcil.co.in using your company’s User Name and Password.

Renewing your CHEMEXCIL membership on or before the specified date is important for following reasons:

1.       One of the criteria for eligibility to contest Council’s election.

2.       One of the criteria for eligibility to vote in the election of the Council.

Maintain your eligibility for various benefits offered by CHEMEXCIL.

 Renewal Fees: Membership renewal fees of financial year 2026-27 & Advance Fee for 3-Year will be based on C.A. certified export turnover of 2024-25.

Companies needs to upload the CA certified copy (on C.A. letterhead) on while applying online on DGFT portal.

Process of Renewal: To be renewed online through DGFT common digital RCMC portal on the link https://www.dgft.gov.in/CP

Mode of Payment :- Online on DGFT portal through payment gateway by using Net Banking/ Credit Cared/ Debit Card / UPI provided in the portal.

IMPORTANT NOTE :-

1.       It is mandatory for every member to submit the CA certified export turnover of last 3-Financial Years of the company.

2.      For any Amendment in RCMC certificate, an amount of Rs.1180/- (Rs.1000/- + Rs.180/- GST) will be charged as administrative fees from the entity.

3.       Membership Outstanding: - The Member Exporters who have not yet paid their Membership Subscription from 1 year, 2 year and 3- years required CA certify copy for

F. Y. 2024-25 & F.Y. 2023-24, & F.Y. 2022-23 .

4.       Validity Of Membership: -Membership subscription is charged once in a year and its validity expires on 31st March of every year.
