Seeking Member Inputs for the 11th India–Taiwan Working Group on Trade (WGT) Meeting
|
Dear Member,
Greetings from CHEMEXCIL!
This is to inform you that the 11th Working Group on Trade (WGT) Meeting between India and Taiwan is scheduled to be held on 1st week of July 2026.
In this connection, the Mission has proposed the following agenda item for discussion during the meeting:
"Market Access for Indian Organic Chemicals and Dyes (used in Taiwanese electronics, textiles, printing and allied industries)"
To enable CHEMEXCIL to submit a comprehensive representation to the Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, members are requested to share their comments, suggestions, and any specific issues faced while exporting the above products to Taiwan. Members may also provide recommendations on improving market access, including issues relating to tariffs, non-tariff barriers, regulatory requirements, product certification, customs procedures, standards, logistics, or any other trade-related concerns.
Members are requested to submit their inputs latest by 22nd June 2026 (Monday) via email at ad.del@chemexcil.in and akshay@chemexcil.in
Your timely inputs will enable the Council to effectively represent the industry's concerns and recommendations during the bilateral discussions.
