CHEMEXCIL is pleased to invite its esteemed member companies to participate in INDIA CHEM 2026 – the 14th International Exhibition & Conference, scheduled to be held from 22nd to 24th October 2026 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre (NESCO), Mumbai.

The above special concessional rates are exclusively available to CHEMEXCIL member companies and are applicable for participation confirmations received on or before 30th September 2026.

Members are therefore encouraged to confirm their participation at the earliest to avail themselves of these preferential rates and secure their preferred exhibition space, subject to availability.          

Choose the Space That Best Represents Your Company

To assist member companies in planning their participation, the proposed exhibition layout has been enclosed for your reference.

The areas marked in grey in the enclosed layout have been earmarked for CHEMEXCIL member companies.

CHEMEXCIL understands that every company may have different exhibition and branding requirements. Accordingly, members who wish to create a stronger and more distinctive presence at the exhibition may also request:

• A larger exhibition area;
• Additional space based on their specific requirements; or
• Raw space for the development of a customised exhibition stall.

CHEMEXCIL will be pleased to facilitate such requirements, subject to space availability and applicable terms and conditions. Members are encouraged to review the enclosed layout and share their preferred location and space requirements at the earliest.

Allotment of Stalls

Stalls will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

Member companies interested in participating are therefore requested to confirm their participation and complete the necessary payment process at the earliest in order to secure their preferred stall size and location.

Please note that participation will be confirmed upon receipt of the applicable payment along with the required documents.
