Dear Member,

It is hereby informed that, as per Public Notice issued by the Jawaharlal Nehru Customs House (JNCH), Nhava Sheva, the RoDTEP scroll-out facility has been suspended in respect of 850 Importer Exporter Codes (IECs) due to non-filing/non-reporting of the Annual RoDTEP Return (ARR) for FY 2023–24, as required under Para 4.94 of the Handbook of Procedures (HBP), 2023, read with DGFT Public Notice No. 46/2025-26 dated 5 February 2026.

The concerned exporters are advised to ensure compliance with the applicable requirements for filing/reporting the Annual RoDTEP Return and thereafter approach the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) for removal/revocation of the relevant alert.

Upon removal of the alert and its reflection in the ICES 1.5 system, the concerned shipping bills will be processed for generation of the RoDTEP scroll, subject to fulfilment of all other applicable conditions and system requirements.
