Dear Members,
We are delighted to continue our Webinar Series on vital topics for exporters. Following the successful sessions on FEMA Regulatory Guidelines for Exporters held on 3rd January 2025 and RoDTEP Claim Procedures and Online Process on 10th January 2025, we are pleased to announce the third session on Free Trade Agreement and Product Specific Rules with CAROTAR 2020 Rules to be organised on 17th January 2024 in association with Mr. Mihir Ajit Shah, M/s. Universal Connections LLP.
The main objective of the session is to educate the members on the fundamentals of Free Trade Agreements (FTAs), key differences between FTAs, CEPA, and CECA, FTAs for Chemical Products, the process and significance of Rules of Origin, and the procedure for online filing of the Certificate of Origin (CoO).
