Greetings from CHEMEXCIL!
You may be aware that the European Cosmetic Regulation (ECR) [i.e., Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and the Council of 30 November 2009 on cosmetic products] establishes rules to be complied with / by any cosmetic product made available on the EU market, in order to ensure the functioning of the internal market and a high level of protection of human health.
A cosmetic product safety report (CPSR), which should be prepared by a qualified responsible person from EU, is an essential element to demonstrate that a cosmetic product complies with this regulation.
In order to give better understanding of ECR and CPSR, and inform members about the current and potential upcoming challenges / solutions, the Council is organizing a Webinar on “European Cosmetic Regulation : Challenges and Digital Solutions” in association with CEHTRA Chemical Consultants Pvt. Ltd. on 12th December, 2022 at 1500 hrs.
This webinar will help the stakeholders of the cosmetic market to understand their obligations under ECR, process of writing a CPSR, and current and potential upcoming challenges, and will get a demonstration to CEHTRA’s innovative digital tool COSMETICK to prepare CPSR in the most proficient way.
