Dear Members,

Council is in process of holding the elections for 14 posts in the Committee of Administration for the year 2024-26. The details of which are as mentioned below:

As per the direction of Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, Dr. Rendla Sampath Kumar, Joint Director General of Foreign Trade has been appointed as the Election Authority to conduct Election for 14 posts to Committee of Administration of Basic Chemicals, Cosmetics & Dyes Export Promotion Council (Chemexcil) for the period 2024-26 as per the Bye Laws of the Council.

The detailed circular signed by Election Authority along with the proposed list of eligible candidates to contest elections and the Electoral list is uploaded on DGFT website http://www/dgft.gov.in and CHEMEXCIL’s website https://chemexcil.in.

The same is also enclosed herewith as Annexure.

Interested candidates are requested to send their “NOMINATION FOR ELECTION” by hand-delivery or by Registered Post or by Speed Post addressed to Dr. Rendla Sampath Kumar, Joint Director General of Foreign Trade & Election Authority of CHEMEXCIL, Nishtha Bhavan, 48, Vithaldas Thackersey Marg, Churchgate, Mumbai 400 020 so as to reach on or before August 26, 2024 by 3.00 pm.
