We have received query from Department of Commerce regarding details of Non-Tariff Measures (SPS/ TBT’s ) faced by our exporters in overseas markets.
We kindly request you to let us know specific cases faced in any of your markets latest by 25th May 2017 on our e-mail id’s – Deepak.gupta@chemexcil.gov.in and balani.lic@chemexcil.gov.in
Your early replies will enable us highlight the SPS/ TBT issues to EP-CAP Section, DoC for deliberation in WTO meeting.
