1. Attention of all the Exporters, Members of the trade, CHAs and officers concerned is invited to the special drive for speedy clearance of the Drawback claims pending due to queries/ deficient documents/test reports etc.

2. In order to liquidate the pendency of Drawback claims on priority basis list of 200 exporters has been published on the website of JNCH. The published list contains the details of exporters whose claims are pending disbursal due to non-submission / noncompliance of documents raised in the queries.

3. It is hereby brought to the notice of all those exporters whose names appear in the said list that they should direct their representatives to contact the AC/DC/Supdt. Drawback cell JNCH Customs within 10 days’ time of the issue of the facility notice with proper compliance documents for clearance of their queries and faster processing of Drawback claims.

4. A detailed list of nature of Queries pending against a particular shipping bill is available with the Drawback section JNCH

5. In order to liquidate the pendency of pending Drawback Claims, all the Exporters and other members of the trade concerned are required to comply with the Facility Notice scrupulously.

6. Difficulties, if any, in this regard may be brought to the notice of the undersigned.
