In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-14, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes an amendment in the Handbook of Procedures, Vol.I, (Appendices and Aayat Niryat Forms)

The ANF 3B1 as given in annexure to this Public Notice shall be filed for claiming benefit under the Served from India Scheme (SFIS) for the year 2013
-14. The existing Aayat Niryat Form 3B (ANF 3B) is required to be filled up for claiming benefits under Served From India Scheme (SFIS) up to the year 2012-13

Effect of Public Notice : ANF3B1 for claiming benefit of Served From India Scheme (SFIS) for foreign exchange earnings in the year 2013-14 is being notified.
