Communication of specific information to DU. (Article 33)

Importers of articles containing SVHC’s included in candidate list for authorization in
a concentration > 0.1% w/w must provide respective information available to them
to the recipients of the articles and as a minimum the:
■ name of the substance
■ information necessary to ensure safe use of the article

This information has to be provided automatically. There is no tonnage band
applicable

Threshold concentration of 0.1% applies to the article as produced, imported or
supplied
