Dear Members,
We have received communication from the Director (F/T), Trade Defense Wing, DGTR who have been informed by Embassy of India, Beijing concerning initiation of Antidumping investigation by MOFCOM China on export of Ortho Chloro Para Nitro Aniline (HS Code 29214212 ) from India on 12th February 2023.
Additional details are available in the enclosed note for your information and necessary action.
Further, we understand that the Trade Remedy Investigation Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China has published the above announcement, applications and registration investigation documents can be check and downloaded from the website of the Trade Remedy Investigation Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce (http://trb.mofcom.gov.cn ).
