Submission of data of RoDTEP in a format is extended up to 15th December 2023:

Dear Sir/Madam,

 

CHEMEXCIL has received communication from the Department, indicating that the RoDTEP Committee, after considering the council's request, has decided to extend the timeline for the submission of data for the review of RoDTEP rates until 15th December 2023.

 

Kindly note the following points while submitting the RoDTEP data as under

 

  • The data to be submitted duly certified by the manufacturer and the respective Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant on company letterhead

 

  • Scan copy of the document to be submitted (Mailed)

  •  

  • Relevant documents, including tax invoices of inputs used, shipping bills of export products, and State Govt. notifications related to applicable taxes/levies such as electricity duty, mandi tax, etc also can be mailed

 

  • Any views/suggestions for rationalization of entries in the RoDTEP Schedule can also be sent along with justification

  •  

  • Members who have already submitted the data may ignore this communication. Or can submit the data for their other products if required

Members are requested to submit (send the scan) the RoDTEP data in the attached format on or before 15th December 2023 at 3.00pm to pw@chemexcil.in , with a copy to dg@chemexcil.in
