KOREA CHEM 2023 is an Int’l Exhibition focussing on processing of pharmaceutical, bio, cosmetic and chemical industries and for fine & speciality chemicals. KOREA CHEM brings together global exhibitors from around the globe introducing latest trends and technologies in the sector. MDA ASSISTANCE UNDER IC SCHEME OF MINISTRY OF MSME:
|
Space Rent (Stall Charges)
|
Ø 100% of the space rent subject to a maximum of Rs.3.00 lakh or actual rent paid, whichever is lower (for one MSME unit).
|
|
Air Fare (1 person from 1 Exhibiting Company)
|
Ø 100% of the economy class airfare subject to a maximum of Rs.1.50 lakh or actual fare paid, whichever is lower (for one MSME unit) subject to following condition i.e. Journey/Stay should be within a span of 30 days including the period of event.
|
MDA assistance in terms of Airfare, Stall & Freight charges will be available only to 20 eligible MSME exhibitors on first come (payment) first serve (allocation) basis. The council has already submitted the event proposal and awaits final approval from Ministry of MSME on the subject event.
ELIGIBILITY CRITEREA:
Ø Selection of the participating units shall be based on eligibility score card prescribed under the revised IC scheme of Ministry of MSME (enclosed). In no case an MSME unit scoring less than 60 percent marks will be eligible for availing the benefits under the scheme.
Ø Companies who have already availed benefits under the scheme for 2 times in a subject financial year shall not be eligible to any assistance.
GENERAL GUILDELINES:
Ø Participating companies will be required to submit the mandatory feedback form as provided by the council
Ø In case of shortage in minimum no. of exhibitors (as per the scheme), council will not participate in the exhibition. Member companies are requested to consult the council before securing their travel arrangements.
Ø The council is not entitled to reimburse any amount in case of cancellation by the participating Indian Company or any last minute changes in the floor plan by the organizer.
Ø Participation charges will only be reimbursed in case the council withdraws to participate in subject event for any unforeseen circumstances.
Ø Currently the approval for this event under IC SCHEME of Ministry of MSME is under process
Ø The Reimbursement of the above benefits is subjected to the approval and submission of the requested documents in original post event and receipt of funds from Ministry of MSME.
