Inputs on “Rules of Origin ” under India- Mercosur PTA
|
Dear Members,
This is in continuation of our recent circulars regarding expansion of India- Mercosur PTA (Preferential Trading Agreement).
We have now received communication from the Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilisers (MOCF) that inputs on the “Rules of Origin ” have to be forwarded to the RMTR, Dept of Commerce.
ln this context, you are requested to furnish inputs at the 6 digit level in the prescribed format attached.
The responses be mailed to us at the earliest on e-mail id’s- deepak.gupta@chemexcil.gov.in & balani.lic@chemexcil.gov.in .
Your timely replies will be highly appreciated which will be forwarded to MOCF for onward submission to RMTR, Dept of Commerce.
