COSMOPROF WORLDWIDE BOLOGNA

 

event at Hall 16, Bologna FIERA Exhibition Centre, Italy 

 

from 21st to 23rd March 2024 under MAI scheme

 
 

Dear Sir/Madam

 

This has reference to our earlier circular no. EPC/PROJ/COSMOPROF WORLDWIDE BOLOGNA 2024/23-24 dated 11th October 2023 on COSMOPROF WORLDWIDE BOLOGNA event at Hall 16, Bologna FIERA Exhibition Centre, Italy from 21st to 23rd March 2024 under MAI scheme.

 

Based on the members feedback CHEMEXCIL renegotiated with the organiser for the bigger area of stall. Accordingly, the organiser agreed to provide 9-Sq.mt. stalls instead of 6-Sq.mt.

 

The rates for 9-sq.mt. stall is as under :

IMPORTANT NOTE

 

  • The design of the stall is special hence standard posters cannot be posted on the walls of the stall  

  • If any exhibitor wants to bring their own posters, they need to bring the stand for their posters

  • Exhibitors have option to get their posters printed directly from the organiser on the walls of this special stall. The cost for the same would Rs. 6,900/- INR + applicable GST.   • The height of the stall is 3 mt.

 

AIR FARE GRANT

 

Member companies who would like to participate in this Exhibition are eligible to get reimbursement of travel expenses by air actual or maximum up to Rs. 90,000/- whichever is less under MAI subject to following

  • Reimbursement of air-fare is only eligible for economy class to the exporting companies (Exhibiting Company) with an F.O.B. value of exports below Rs. 50 crores in the preceding financial year.

  • Companies having NIL export turnover will also be eligible for 50 % airfare reimbursement subject to minimum turnover (domestic sales) of INR 50 Lacs in the preceding financial year. (Allowed only to 10% of total number of participants i.e. to the 1 company who will pay and book the stall first for this event)

  • Members should have completed 12 months of Membership with council.

  • Company should have filed export turnover regularly with the council

  • Air fare will be permissible only to the regular Director / Partner/Proprietor or a regular employee of the company on senior managerial position.

  • Air fare Claim forms to be duly filled in and complete in all respects to be submitted to the council within 45 days of return to India.
