Greetings from CHEMEXCIL !

This is in continuation to the various below mentioned circulars of Chemexcil’s Export Awards

• EPC:EXPORT AWARDS: 2018-19, 19-20, 20-21  dt. 27^th June, 2022.
• EPC:EXPORT AWARDS: 2018-19, 19-20, 20-21  dt. 25^th July, 2022.
• EPC:EXPORT AWARDS: 2018-19, 19-20, 20-21  dt. 18^th August, 2022.

Based on feed-back from members and in order to give fair chance to all the members,   Council has further revised the Criteria for its Export Awards and Certificate of Merit for the year 2018-19, 2019-2020, 2020-21 for recognition of your Company’s/Firm’s outstanding export performance.

Members are requested to take note of below mentioned Revised Guidelines & Criteria:-

1.     It is important for the Applicant Company to specify the export FOB value of their panel category under which they are registered with the CHEMEXCIL (CA certificate in original  to be enclosed)

2.     Exporter (Applicant Company) having exports less than or equal to 10Cr with minimum 15% growth on previous year exports will be entitled for Certificate of Merit award (Maximum Certificate of Merits per annum will be 20 Nos. [ i.e. 5-certificates per panel])

3.     Positive Export Growth over the previous year is mandatory. Minimum growth is 5% considered for an export award

4.     If the same company is getting same type of award in the subsequent year, they may be considered for the same award only every alternate year and the next company meeting the criteria be given the award. This is to encourage, motivate other exporters, and maximize participation.

5.     Those exporters who are eligible to get the same award in the succeeding year but are not considered because of alternate year conditions, will be given special recognition for consistency in their export performance by way of a "Certificate of Excellence"

6.     lf the applicant company is getting Up-gradation from Lower type of Award to higher Award in the succeeding years, they may be considered for the higher award in the succeeding year.

7.     It is important to recognize exporters with the highest performance in each panel/category with the Trishul Award (highest award of the Council  with minimum export INR 75 Cr and above).

8.     A Company should be paid member of the council for the last 3 years with valid membership and RCMC

9.     Company should not be in DEL Category of DGFT, while applying for export award.

• REVISED CRITERIA:

The necessary details required by the Council for the selection of the Export Awards are given in Export Nomination Application- Annexure-I & II.  

The selection of Awards and Certificates of Merit will be done after taking into consideration the consistency and growth achieved in exports during the last three years in reference

• For 2018-19 (i.e. 2016-17, 2017-18 & 2018-19),
• For 2019-20 (i.e. 2017-18, 2018-19 & 2019-20),
• For 2020-21 (I.e. 2018-19, 2019-20 & 2020-21),

 Please Note :

·        The Exporters should submit their nominations based on the respective category in which they are registered with the Council.

·        Submit the hard copy of the self-attested nomination form attached herewith to the Council’s Head Office Mumbai, latest by 12^th October 2022 at below address
