Dear Members,

We are happy to inform you that as an ease of doing business measure,  the Council has launched an Online platform for submission of  applications for  reimbursement of product registration charges incurred by Member-Exporters in  overseas buyers country  (Such as REACH Registration/Cosmetics Registration/Agrochemical Registration).

Members now have to submit their applications online on the link https://reach.chemexcil.co.in/. using login credentials (Membership login details).

Further, Please note that the Market Access Initiative (MAI) Guidelines of have been revised by the Department of Commerce and latest guidelines can be referred on this link https://chemexcil.in/uploads/files/RevisedMAIGuildelinesdt19thJuly2021.pdf

As per  Sl.No.8 of table under para 7.3 of the Operational Guidelines for the MAI Scheme 2021, the discrepancy free claims application should be submitted to CHEMEXCIL (EPC) within 90 days from the date of registration (Receipt of Product Certificate).

Members are therefore advised to go through the latest MAI Guidelines and accordingly submit their discrepancy free applications online within 90 days from the date of registration (Receipt of Product Certificate) as per MAI Guidelines.

The completed application (discrepancy free sets) submitted online has to be printed and stamped / signed on each page and sent to CHEMEXCIL Head Office (address mentioned below) within 10 (ten) days from the submission of online application date.

Any claim or supporting documents of claim received after 90-days will not be accepted.

The claims submitted after 90 days will not be considered for reimbursement.
