The discrepancy free claims application documents set should be submitted online on the link https://reach.chemexcil.co.in/ using Membership login details within 90 days from the date of issuance of registration certificate. After submission of online application, the filled up form and supporting documents should be self-certified with company seal & sign on each page along with original CA Certificate and submitted to CHEMEXCIL Head Office, Mumbai within 90 (ninety) days from the date of Registration Certificate.
