STALL/SPACE CANCELLATION
If a member intends to cancel their participation for unavoidable reasons, the following rules will apply:

· Once the payment has been released to the organizer, no refund will be provided for stall cancellation.
-
· However, if a confirmed replacement participant is found, 90% of the stall charges may be refunded (after deducting a 10% administrative fee).
-
· No cancellations will be permitted after the stall allotment.
-
· Full Refund will be initiated if the council withdraws to participate in the event because of some reason.
Participation will be considered private, and no reimbursement or compensation will be provided.
