India Pavilion at TEXCHEM Bangladesh International Expo 2026, scheduled to be held from 13–16 August 2026 at Hall 1, International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB), Dhaka, Bangladesh.

v Terms & Conditions:
· The Stall allocation shall be made strictly on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to receipt of full payment.
· Membership Fee must be paid for the FY 2026-27.
Stall Cancellation Policy:
If a member intends to cancel their participation due to unavoidable reasons, the following rules will apply:
· No refund shall be admissible after payment has been remitted to the exhibition organizer.
· In cases where a replacement participant is identified and accepted, 90% of the participation charges may be refunded after deduction of a 10% administrative charge.
· No refund shall be admissible in the event of visa rejection. Participants are advised to apply for visas sufficiently in advance.
· A full refund will be initiated only if CHEMEXCIL withdraws from participation in the exhibition.
Please note that the event has received initial approval from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, and final approval is awaited. The Market Access Support (MAS) Scheme benefits will be applicable subject to receipt of the final approval.
Members may kindly note that MAS grants (stall charges and airfare) are limited to 25 eligible exhibitors on a first-come (payment), first-served (allocation) basis.
As space availability is limited, interested members are requested to confirm their participation at the earliest.
