To

All The Members of the Council

Invitation to Participate in the India–USA Essential Oil Buyer–Seller Meet,

New York, USA | 8–9 Oct 2026

Dear Member,

The council has proposed to organize India–USA Essential Oil Buyer–Seller Meet scheduled to be held at New York, USA, 8–9 Oct 2026.

The subject event is under consideration for approval under the Market Access Support (MAS) Scheme of the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India for the year 2026-27.

CHEMEXCIL invites you to participate in the India–USA Essential Oil Buyer–Seller Meet in New York, a focused India-centric platform created specifically for Indian essential oil exporters to connect with qualified U.S. buyers, importers, formulators, and trade partners.

This is not a generic event where India is just one among many country pavilions. It is a dedicated India event that puts your business in front of the right audience, with structured buyer–seller meetings, targeted networking, and far better opportunities for meaningful commercial conversations.

For essential oil exporters, this format offers a clear advantage: more relevant buyers, stronger qualification, faster follow-up, and a better chance of converting discussions into samples, RFQs, trials, and long-term export orders. It is designed for companies that want serious market access, not broad visibility.

CHEMEXCIL also wishes to highlight that participation support/subsidy assistance may be available, subject to applicable Government of India guidelines and approvals, through relevant export promotion support mechanisms wherever eligible.

We therefore strongly encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity and present your capabilities at a high-impact forum built around India’s essential oil export strengths.
