Dear Member,
The council has proposed to organize an India Pavilion at KHIMIA 2026 as scheduled to be held at Timiryazev Center, Hall 16, Moscow, Russia during 09-12th November, 2026.
The subject event is under consideration for approval under the Market Access Support (MAS) Scheme of the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India for the year 2026-27.
The Khimia international exhibition was first launched in Moscow in 1965 to become one of the most prestigious chemical trade shows.
Khimia is a meeting place for chemical manufacturers, service providers, suppliers of the latest equipment, materials and technologies, and consumers from all over the world. According to industry experts, Khimia has a great impact on development of the chemical, petrochemical and other industries, and promotes ties between Russian and foreign companies. It is expected that around 16000+ business delegates from 50 nations will visit the exhibition.

We would like to draw your attention to the graphic panel installation guidelines.
Please note that it is strictly prohibited to attach graphic panels or other display materials to the exhibition panels using tape or any other adhesive materials. Only hooks may be used for mounting, and exhibitors are required to bring their own hooks.
If the exhibition venue finds that tape or other adhesive materials have been used on the panels, a penalty will be imposed. The exhibitor found to be in violation of this rule will be responsible for bearing the full penalty and any associated charges.

PARTICIPATION GUIDELINES:
-
Assistance under the Market Access Support (MAS) Scheme will be available only after approval of the event by the Ministry. In case the event is not approved, participation will be treated as private participation, and no reimbursement or financial assistance will be provided.

Participating companies are required to submit a valid Udyam Registration Certificate (MSME Certificate).
-
Airfare reimbursement under the MAS Scheme will be provided only to the first 25 eligible exhibitors on a first-payment, first-allocation basis for KHIMIA 2026.
-
The stall/space charges mentioned are non-subsidized. Reimbursement of stall/space charges will be processed only after approval of the event by the Ministry and receipt of the required funds from the Ministry of Commerce.

Eligible members will be entitled to reimbursement of stall/space charges for a maximum area of 6 sq. m., irrespective of the actual stall size booked, considering the high participation cost of the event.

Airfare reimbursement will be available only to exporting companies (exhibiting companies) and will be restricted to Economy Class airfare only.
-
Companies that have participated in this exhibition three (3) times will not be eligible for subsidized stall rates or airfare reimbursement.

Companies that have participated in three international events through CHEMEXCIL during the financial year 2026–27 under the MAS Scheme will not be eligible for further assistance under the MAS Scheme.

Members must possess a valid Importer Exporter Code (IEC), which should not be suspended or cancelled.

Members must have completed a minimum of six (6) months of membership with CHEMEXCIL.

Participating companies must create their company profile under the "Source from India" section on the Trade Portal (https://trade.gov.in) to avail support under the Export Promotion Mission (EPM) Scheme.

Submission of post-event feedback online is mandatory for all participating companies. Failure to submit the feedback may affect eligibility for future assistance.

Members must regularly file their export returns with CHEMEXCIL.

Airfare reimbursement will be applicable only for the Director, Partner, Proprietor, or a regular employee holding a senior managerial position in the participating company.
Eligibility for entities with Zero Export Turnover: -
Africa, Americas, Oceania 80,000 or 50% airfare, whichever lower
Other markets 45,000 or 50% airfare, whichever lower
Eligibility for entities with Export Turnover = 75 lakh: -
Africa, Americas, Oceania 1,25,000 or 75% airfare / actual whichever lower
Other markets 75,000 or 75% airfare/ actual, whichever lower

Airfare claim forms along with all supporting documents must be submitted within five (5) days after the event. Claims submitted after the prescribed deadline will not be considered for reimbursement. (List attached).

Companies having DEL Status (as per DGFT guidelines) will not be eligible to participate under the MAS Scheme.

After completion of the exhibition, exhibitors must submit the Outcome Report either at the exhibition venue or within five (5) days after the event. The prescribed format will be provided by CHEMEXCIL at the venue or through email.

CHEMEXCIL will issue a Visa Recommendation Letter after completion of the registration process and submission of the required payment details.

Participating companies must submit scanned copies of the following documents of the representative attending the exhibition:

Submission of the above documents is mandatory for processing participation-related requirements.

In case the minimum required number of exhibitors is not achieved, CHEMEXCIL reserves the right to withdraw its participation from the exhibition. Participants are therefore advised not to book air tickets or hotel accommodation until confirmation is received from CHEMEXCIL.

Eligible member exporters will be allotted one standard stall (6 sq. m.) at the applicable subsidized rate.

Any additional stall or space requirement will be charged at the non-subsidized rate.

Additional stall space will be considered only after the allocation of the CHEMEXCIL Pavilion and will be subject to availability and approval from the exhibition organizer.
STALL/SPACE CANCELLATION
No refund in case of following conditions:
· Any cancellation from Participating Indian company
· If payment is processed to respective vendors by council
· If the organizer changes the floor plan/space at the last moment.
· If visa rejected
Full Refund will be initiated if the council withdraws to participate in the event due to any unforeseen circumstances.
Member companies interested to participate in the event are requested to send their full payment confirmation along with the mandatory forms and company profiles in the requested format (enclosed) on shobha@chemexcil.in latest by 31st August, 2026. The stalls will be allocated on first come (Payment) first serve (Confirmation) basis.
Kindly send the company profiles at the earliest so that we can translate them in time and avoid any delay in the catalogue printing.
