Dear Members,
We have great pleasure in inviting nominations for CHEMEXCIL Export Awards and Certificate of Merit for the year 2018-19, 2019-2020, 2020-21 in recognition of your Company’s/Firm’s outstanding export performance.
As you are aware that due to COVID-19 Pandemic, Council could not organize the Export Award Function for the awardees of the year 2017-18, hence the Awardees who were already selected for the year 2017-18 will be felicitated along with awardees of the year 2018-19, 2019-2020, and 2020-21.
Members who have been registered with this Council as Manufacturers / Merchant Exporters should file their nominations along with their export performance.
The necessary details required by the Council for the selection of the Export Awards are given in Export Nomination Application- Annexure-I, II & III. You are requested to forward the nominations to the Council as per the format given in Annexure–I & II (On Company’s letterhead with seal & duly signed by the authorized person).
The selection of Awards and Certificates of Merit will be done after taking into consideration the consistency and growth achieved in exports during the last three yearsin reference
· For 2018-19 (i.e. 2016-17, 2017-18 & 2018-19)
· For 2019-20 (i.e. 2017-18, 2018-19 & 2019-20)
· For 2020-21 (I.e. 2018-19, 2019-20 & 2020-21)
Nominations and diversification of exports, both commodities and new markets etc.
Member Exporters are requested to send the details of their products with the respective HS Code Numbers.
The products, which are falling under the purview of this council as per the HS Code numbers only, will be taken into consideration while declaring Export Awards. Kindly also note that the products details of the items which are not coming under the purview of this council as per HS Code Numbers will not be taken into consideration for Export Award.
Please note that the export figures for the last three years should be duly certified by the Chartered Accountants (preferably by Chartered Accountant of the Company who signs the balance sheet- Format enclosed as Annexure III in Export Award Nomination Application).
The Exporters should submit their nominations based on the respective category in which they are registered with the Council. The decision of selection of Awards by the Export Awards Committee will be final. You are therefore requested to fill up the nomination form on the link https://forms.gle/Fs6ZM2Dw1KLyN7y36 and also submit the hard copy of the self-attested nomination form attached herewith to be submitted to the Council’s Head Office Mumbai at the earliest.
