Buyer Seller Meet in Tehran, Iran on 25th June 2018

Council is organizing “Buyer Seller Meet” in Tehran, Iran on 25th June 2018 at IRIB International Conference Center, Nayayeshgah Alley, Chamran Highway, Near to Esteghlal Hotel, Tehran, IRAN . This Project is being organised under Market Access Initiative (MAI) of Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India.
INDIA IRAN BILETRAL RELATIONS
The India-Iran bilateral trade during the fiscal year 2015-16 was USD 9.054 billion. India imported USD 6.2 billion worth of goods mainly crude oil and exported commodities worth USD 2.7 billion. Major Indian exports to Iran include rice, tea, iron and steel, organic chemicals, metals, electrical machinery, drugs/pharmaceuticals, etc. Major Indian imports from Iran include petroleum and its products, inorganic/organic chemicals, fertilizers, plastic and articles, edible fruit and nuts, glass and glassware, natural or cultured pearls, precious or semiprecious stones, etc.

Reimbursement of airfare
|
The Ministry of Commerce & Industry (MoC&I) has “in principle” approved the reimbursement of Airfare to the member exporters participating in this BSM.
The reimbursement will be done as per the terms and conditions laid down by the MoC&I and fund received from them.

Eligibility for
Reimbursement of airfare
|
-
The participating company should be a Member of the Council at least for a period of 12 Months.
-
For reimbursement of airfare, export turnover of the participating company in the immediate preceding year should not be more than Rs 30 Crores.
-
It is mandatory for the participating company to submit export returns to the Council regularly.

Terms of payment:
-
100% payment in one installment. Confirmation will be strictly against 100% payment of participation charges.

Payment by cheque/Demand Draft/RTGS/NEFT.
-
Cheque /Demand Draft must be on the name of “CHEMEXCIL SBI A/C NO. 10996680758”.

Please send scan copy of Cheque / UTR No. on roahmedabad@chemexcil.gov.in mentioning the name of your Company along with Company Profile in the attached format and passport details.

Once the concerned firm registers their name for participation and makes payment towards the same to the Council and if request for refund of the same, shall not be considered under any circumstances. The participation charges will not be refunded in any case.
