Dear Members,
The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) has issued Notifications to extend exemption from Integrated Tax and Compensation Cess up-to 31.03.2019 on goods imported against AA/EPCG authorizations & extend the exemption from Integrated Tax and Compensation Cess up-to 31.03.2019 on goods imported by EOU, respectively.
