Dear Members,
This is in continuation of our recent circulars informing you about regular consultation meetings being held in Department of Commerce (DoC), New Delhi with EPC’s to formulate the strategy for boosting exports to USA, China, ASEAN and other regions and also to understand the impediments faced and support required.
In this regard, we are pleased to inform you that the council is organising astakeholder consultation meeting in Mumbai on “Boosting exports to major regions (USA, China, ASEAN and other markets)” . Similar meetings are also envisaged in other locations and the details of the same shall be conveyed shortly.
The objective of this interaction is to understand the impediments being faced by the members in certain important markets/ regions, items of high export potential and also the support required from the government.
The schedule of the consultation meeting will be as under.

Members are kindly requested to participate in the consultation meeting and share their inputs on boosting exports, impediments faced in exporting to the thrust markets (US, China, ASEAN etc). You may also provide details of HS codes of high export potential with some information on export potential and support needed , if any.
